Our Return & Exchange Process

2 Prepare Your Package

Please ensure all items are in their original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. This is especially important for our Denim Clothing, Blazers, and Liquid Jersey Dresses to maintain their premium quality.

3 Ship Your Return

Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please include the authorization number inside your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.

Note: We are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.

4 Inspection & Processing

Once received at our facility (typically within 10–15 business days for standard returns), our team will inspect the items. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once your return is received and approved, we will initiate your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please note:

  • Bank or payment processor processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is approved. Shipping for exchanges to the same region is complimentary.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or we have made an error:

  • Foundation category items (due to their intimate, body-contacting nature).
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without original tags and packaging.

International Returns

As we serve a global community (excluding certain remote regions), international returns are accepted within the same 15-day window.
