- Non-Returnable Items: To ensure product integrity and hygiene, items in the Foundation category (due to their intimate nature) and any item worn, washed, altered, or damaged cannot be returned unless defective or sent in error. Final sale items are also non-returnable.

- International Returns: Accepted within 15 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase.
