UNIVERSAL STANDARD offers premium wardrobe essentials, including but not limited to Athleisure Pants, Denim Clothing, Blazers, Liquid Jersey Dresses, and Everyday Dresses.

• Product Information: We strive to display product colors, details, and sizes as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Product availability is not guaranteed.
• Fit and Style: Our collections, from Bootcut & Flare Jeans to Coats, are designed with meticulous craftsmanship. We provide detailed size guides to assist you in selecting the perfect fit.
• Non-Returnable Items: To ensure product integrity and hygiene, items in the Foundation category (due to their intimate nature) and any item worn, washed, altered, or damaged cannot be returned unless defective or sent in error. Final sale items are also non-returnable.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing:

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Order Processing & Shipping:

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• We ship globally, excluding certain remote regions in Asia and other select areas.
• Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery times are estimates. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our policy is designed to be straightforward and thoughtful, reflecting our confidence in our products.

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. This is crucial for maintaining the quality of items like Denim, Blazers, and Liquid Jersey Dresses.
• Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window. An authorized return must be shipped to our facility with a trackable service.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Complimentary shipping is provided for approved exchanges to the same region.
• International Returns: Accepted within 15 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs (such as those for our Cardigans or Jumpsuits), and software, is the property of UNIVERSAL STANDARD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. UNIVERSAL STANDARD strives for perfection in every Button-Down Shirt and Casual Pant. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• We are not liable for items lost during return shipping without a tracking number.
